Check-in support

We are also happy to take care of the check-in on site to ensure that everything runs smoothly and to be able to intervene immediately in case of unforeseen events.

If you wish, we can train your existing staff on the day before or before the start of the event, depending on the schedule, but we can also provide the entire check-in staff ourselves.

A member of our team can be on site during the entire check-in process and can therefore intervene at any time in the event of any ambiguities or technical difficulties.

Thanks to our many years of experience, we can also intervene at short notice in the event of unforeseen problems and usually always have one or two backup solutions ready.
