The NFC smart cards for your employees and the Online system themselves are the only elements you need to obtain from VariusSystems. Should you need employee cards with QR Code you can also print them yourself. You are welcome to order the remaining hardware such as scanners, etc. from us, but also from any other supplier.
You pay a fixed annual fee for the system. - How many trainings, employees or participants per training you hire is irrelevant.
The basis for the system is a Contact database with all master data of your employees. These can be accessed from the Administrator can be viewed, changed and supplemented at any time via the backend.

Your employees can use their Scan the card with your mobile phone at any time and come to their own view of the system. Here they can see which trainings they already have, which are still pending and which optional trainings are still available for them.
On this view, your employees can also see all the important details such as venue, journey plan and time at any time and from anywhere, even for training courses for which they are registered.
