You can create as many different access tickets as you need via an online shop. This way you can Day tickets, monthly tickets, blocks of 10, annual tickets, etc. easily at the touch of a button and immediately offer them live.

QR code or NCF chip card

The access itself takes place on site with QR code or NFC chip card.

Since the QR code can be printed several times, this variant is more susceptible to misuse. Our NFC solution, on the other hand, is absolutely tamper-proofThus, the card would have to be passed on personally for attempts at misuse.

As the chip card has to be printed by us after the order by the customer and therefore needs a few days until it reaches your customer, we also offer the option of an additional temporary QR code by mail. This is only valid for these few days and is automatically deactivated afterwards.

This way the customer can immediately use all his access authorisationsBut then he still gets his admission card, annual pass, etc.

Immediately live online

VariusSystems is a pure Online systemwhich makes all purchases, authorisations and also changes on your part immediately live. However, there is also a Offline backup versionwhich is automatically updated once a day. If the internet should fail, all data is backed up and tickets purchased the day before can still be used at all locks.

All servers and data transfers are absolutely secure and your data is only transferred securely. All our servers are located in Vienna and your data never leaves the country!

HARDWARE AND SOFTWARE

The Scan terminals for each door to be opened are manufactured and supplied by us. Otherwise, you are completely independent in your choice of implementation.

The Locks themselves can optionally be provided by us on request, and we also offer to provide you with a Technician who installs the lock and terminal. However, as the installation is not complicated, we will also be happy to send you a step-by-step tutorial on how to do it yourself.

Our access system can with any existing hardware and software as it can be used anywhere as a pure online system, independent of operating system, browser or terminal device.

Your possibilities

Individual access
Access tickets can be approved for different days of the week or access times, e.g. club members can also enter on Saturdays and weekdays until 8 p.m., but normal customers can only enter Monday to Friday until 6 p.m.; day tickets only open from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday to Friday, but monthly tickets open from 7 a.m. and also at weekends, etc.
Reusable
The access rights of the cards can be changed and extended at any time. This means that blocks of 10 can be reloaded and annual passes can be extended.
Clear
Every time the customer enters, the display of the scanning terminal automatically shows how long his card is still valid, or how many entries of a block of 10 are still open.
Sponsoring
In the Ticket Shop, you as the administrator can individually store sponsors, e.g. as logos on the tickets, or also by automatically displaying "with the kind support of XY" on the display with every scan.
Card design
The Smart cards can in our heaviest company Variuscard can of course be printed with the layout of your choice and can be made of conventional PVC, but also sustainable PVC. made from FSC certified cardboard are manufactured.
Additional option locking system
